Neutral Paint Colors
There is nothing more overwhelming than going to pick out a paint swatch and seeing 500 different colors that look more or less the same. One time I got so nervous that I left with a bright red paint. I painted my bedroom BRIGHT RED because there were just too many options. It looked like I’d taken my affinity for Twilight and other teenybopper vampires way too far. Needless to say… I don’t want this for you.
Selecting the perfect color can be such a gamble, so most of us chicken out and stick to whatever the most popular colors are on the paint brand’s website. Today, I’m going to do some of the work for you and share a roundup of my top neutral paint colors from Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams. Why does my opinion matter? Well, it doesn’t really, BUT I have spent a ridiculously long period of time staring at paint swatches, looking at their undertones, making mistakes with ugly paint colors, and designing spaces with the KB approved paint colors.
Are there other paint brands with gorgeous colors? Yes. Are they as readily available? No; and if you’re reading this, I’m going to guess you are the “I decided to paint this wall at 3 am” type, so I can’t imagine that waiting for paint to be shipped to you feels realistic (or maybe I’m just projecting). All of these colors add a little bit of pizzazz, but won’t lead to color fatigue after 3 months - your wallet, relationship, and arms just can’t take that.

I have commitment issues, so I won’t message you often, but I do promise to give you the most helpful design info that I possible can.
